As a neurodiversity- and disability-affirming psychotherapist, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental and mental health concerns. My assessment process is thoughtful, collaborative, and designed to provide meaningful answers that help clients better understand themselves, access appropriate supports, and move forward with confidence.

In addition to psychological evaluations, I provide psychotherapy grounded in an existential approach while integrating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Guided by an integral philosophy, I tailor each counseling experience to the unique strengths, goals, and lived experiences of every client, creating a collaborative approach that supports meaningful and lasting growth.

I work with adult clients who identify as autistic, have ADHD, or experience other mental health conditions, including OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and spiritual concerns. Hello, my name is Annie Unger, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find meaning in their personal journeys. Whether you are facing difficult emotions, transitioning through a major life change, or simply seeking a space for personal growth, I am here to support you.

I have had the privilege of working with both teens and adults in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation and private practice. Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the power of connection. I received my Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and my undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, where I gained a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and mental health.

Hello, my name is Emily Valverde, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). For more than 26 years, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges in both school and medical settings. My experience has given me a deep appreciation for the resilience people possess and the importance of meeting each person with compassion, understanding, and respect.

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, life transitions, family challenges, and other emotional concerns. For more than 16 years, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I am passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create positive, lasting change in their lives.

My professional experience includes work in military settings, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health agencies, and the juvenile justice system. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that respects each person's experiences, values, and goals.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and practical support. Hello, my name is Christina Saravane, and I am currently completing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling at Midwestern State University. After more than 20 years as an educator serving students from preschool through elementary school, I have developed a deep passion for supporting the emotional, social, and personal growth of children, adolescents, and families.

My experience in both education and counseling has given me a unique understanding of the challenges young people face both inside and outside the classroom. Through my counseling training, I have worked with individual clients and groups, helping students build social-emotional skills, improve self-confidence, navigate difficult life experiences, and work toward meaningful personal goals. I am also trained in a variety of counseling techniques and have additional experience in play therapy approaches.

I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts and emotions while developing the tools they need to thrive. I am committed to partnering with clients and their families to foster resilience, growth, and lasting positive change.
